An Illinois DUI Evaluation is required after an arrest for DUI in Illinois. The Illinois DUI Evaluation is conducted to determine the level of risk that person is to the public. The risk level determines the appropriate type of Illinois DUI counseling. An updated Illinois DUI evaluation may also be required for a Secretary of State License Reinstatement hearing.
The Birt Group, Inc. is licensed to conduct Illinois DUI evaluations and updated Illinois DUI evaluations for any person arrested for an Illinois DUI, except for persons arrested in DuPage County and Cook County.
